Vision Database Systems has a support staff that is second to none. Since all of our ID Card and Tracking software is written in-house, all of our support technicians have first-hand knowledge of the intricacies of these programs as well as immense experience in the field of ID card production and management. We will be there to help you tailor a system that not only fits your current specifications, but one that will be able to grow and expand as your needs change. From the installation of a new RapIDcard system to the maintenance of an old one, our support technicians will be there to guide and assist you and make sure that the job gets done right.

Support Plans

Support plans are an affordable way for you to make sure your carding and tracking systems are running smoothly at all times. Annual contracts are available for carding, tracking or both. Choose a plan that fits your budget which will allow you to have telephone access to our technical support staff for a reduced cost. Hourly support is also available without a contract for $150-$250 per hour depending on the type of work required.

Training

Once you have decided on your carding and/or tracking program it will be time to train your staff on how to run the software and hardware components. Vision Database will hold training seminars at their Jupiter Florida offices periodically. You may also wish to schedule on-site visits for our technicians to provide personal training. Please contact us about your specific needs.
